The Job

We are looking for someone with heart, passion and dedication to join our web team and help produce high quality web applications and to assist our web team in planning, building, troubleshooting and maintaining our backend. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work on the three parts of our platform under the guidance of our Senior Web Developers for troubleshooting the data pipeline (JavaScript, AWS lambdas and associated technologies).

Junior Web Developer Responsibilities
Work closely with team members to build and maintain web applications.
Learn and follow set Department Code Standards
Follow QA processes to ensure quality
Create code that validates and compiles with current web standards
Introduce and implement innovative techniques and technologies
Self-manage completion of projects and work with project managers to ensure satisfaction

Junior Web Developer Skills
1-2 years industry experience
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field (Preferred)
Web design experience a major plus but not required
Advanced Ruby on rails 
Javascript (including AJAX), jQuery and other frameworks, HTML and CSS
Laravel or MVC framework experience a plus but not required.
Familiar with responsive web design techniques
Strong understanding of current web standards and best practices

The Senior Firmware Engineer will work in all phases of software development targeting embedded systems, including design, coding, integration, and debugging of major portions of software projects.

The Position

- To design and develop critical firmware architecture that will be utilized across leading-edge platforms
- Design and develop organized, easy to read and modify software source code for embedded systems
- Debug software/firmware using emulators, analyzers, simulators, and similar tools
- Develop applications using industry standard technologies such as object-oriented design, open source and portable development
- Design and develop communication protocols, standard and proprietary for device communications via wireless and wired technologies
- Create object libraries, applications, daemons and drivers deployed inside embedded hardware devices
- Document software designs and code with specifications and source comments, and create end user documentation
- Program in high level and low-level languages as appropriate including C/C++ and assembler.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of cross functional and related technical areas such as Software Quality techniques, software configuration management and release management
- Research upcoming projects and present findings to corporate leadership and integrate results into team technical strategy
- Prepare, present and lead peer to peer and cross functional design review meetings

The Person

- Requires design skills in embedded systems and microcontroller development using C.
- Requires experience with driver development, especially SPI, UART, ISM radios, DMA, and advanced timers.
- Requires experience with object-oriented Python
- JTAG debugging, protocol analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Experience designing communication protocols.
- Experience with RTOS, TCP/IP Networking, and Database design desirable
- Experience with ST Micro STM32 desirable
- Works closely with other senior engineers and shares responsibility for the design and adherence to specification, cost, budget, and schedule goals. Team focused.
- Is responsible for several project leadership activities and project documentation
- Works closely with customers to understand equipment & system requirements to ensure products work in the applications
- Is responsible to diagnose issues of complex scope with design, field performance, and reliability in mind

It is desired that the candidate has the following qualifications for the position:

- Bachelor's degree or greater in Engineering
- 5 years of professional experience directly related experience in embedded systems design and development
- Knowledge with C and Makefiles are required, C++ is a plus but not required
- Experience working with open source packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 20%)
- Possess the ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
- Must live or be willing to relocate to work in Ashland, Oregon.

The Job:

We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to sell our product to customers managing dairy, beef and other livestock herds in the US and around the globe. Our ideal Inside Sales rep will be friendly, thrive in a positive work environment, have a can-do attitude and must be technically savvy.

Essential Duties:

Understand sales management strategy and be passionate about our customers, IOT and our company
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest 
Make outbound calls to promote company, close sales and meet quotas
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Order entry into CRM and support advanced data management 

Qualifications:

- BA/BS preferred or the equivalent
